- Counter Settings: Your custom messages, styling preferences, and display rules
- Product/Collection Selection: Only when you specifically choose which products or collections to target
- Access Credentials: Required for secure communication with your Shopify store
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to:
- Display low stock counters on your store's product pages
- Save and manage your counter configurations
- Provide the app functionality you've requested
Data Storage & Security
- Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption
- We use Firebase (Google Cloud) for reliable data storage
- All data transmissions are encrypted (HTTPS)
- We never sell or share your data with third parties
Your Rights
You can:
- View and modify your counter settings anytime through the app
- Delete your counters individually
- Request complete data deletion by contacting our support team
- Uninstall the app to stop all data collection
What We Don't Collect
We do not:
- Track your customers' personal information
- Monitor customer behavior or purchases
- Access your financial or payment data
- Store your inventory data (accessed only when displaying counters)
Data Retention
- Your settings are kept while the app is installed
- You can request complete data deletion at any time by contacting our support team
